The booking of any tour services offered by Cyclands, Niti Taechanurug & Jan Reisch GbR (hereinafter “Cyclands”) constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Cyclands, and represents your acceptance of the Cyclands Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. Cyclands aims to be fair, reasonable and sympathetic in all its dealings with clients, and to act always with integrity.



If you are interested in one of our trips and get into contact, Cyclands will formulate a booking proposal according to your specifications and requests. If you agree to our booking proposal, we’ll send you a booking invoice. A deposit has to be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice. The booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Cyclands. Having received the deposit payment, Cyclands will send you a confirmation invoice. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and a contract will exist between us from the date of issuing the confirmation invoice.
Please review and verify your confirmation invoice thoroughly and contact Cyclands immediately if it appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Cyclands cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 7 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Cyclands reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.



It is a requirement of booking that you have adequate travel insurance. Cover for medical treatment, and repatriation must be included, it is also highly recommended to have an insurance against the loss of property and cancellation charges. Insurance can be obtained from most insurance companies, banks and travel agencies.



Cyclands is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and passport information or documentation, for any fees associated with obtaining these documents, Cyclands cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling, as many countries require blank pages. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements as well as Health Regulations. The process of obtaining a visa and/or passport can take up to three months or more.
Once your tour is invoiced and confirmed and you are clear about the necessary insurances and visa-, passport- and health-regulations, you can look forward to a great trip!



A deposit of 25% of the total tour price has to be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking invoice This deposit is no-refundable and non-transferable. The final payment is made at the latest 35 days before the start of the tour and it is the precondition for the delivery of the final travel documents and informations. If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled and your full deposit will be retained by Cyclands.
All bank transfers have to be made net without any further charges in the favour of Cyclands.



In case of a fixed reservation, the client accepts the following cancellation fees. If you have to cancel your participation on a tour, there would be a charge which varies according to the period of notice you give.

Cancellation 84 to 43 days before day of embarkation: 30% of the total package price.
Cancellation 42 days to 30 days before day of embarkation: 60% of the total package price.
Cancellation 29 days to 1 day before day of embarkation: 90% of the total package price
Cancellation on the day of departure itself or in case of “No show”: 100% of the total package price.

Cancellation up to 30 days before the tour only the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package price.
Cancellation 14 days to8 days before departure: 70% of the total package price.
Cancellation 7 days to 1 day before departure: 90% of the total package price,
Cancellation on the day of departure itself or in case of “No show”: 95% of the total package price.

We take as the day of cancellation that on which we receive written confirmation of cancellation.
A participant who leaves the tour prematurely has no right to a refund of the paid amount, regardless of the reason.



Changes regarding to the number of participants, number or type of rooms, hotel category or catering are basically acceptable up to 14 days before. We will try to meet your wishes. However, we do not guarantee the successful amendments as per your requests. Rebooking fees may apply for the time and effort involved.



Cyclands reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip departure for any reason. If a tour is canceled prior to departure, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund. Cyclands will try to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation but there is no guarantee of availability of offering. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.



Cyclands reserves the right, even after conclusion of the contract, to make changes in relation to the planned itinerary, if it is necessary for organizational, safety or weather-related reasons, as long as they do not affect the essential character of the trip. We also reserve the right to substitute other hotels than those listed on the itinerary pages we send you. The hotel substituted will be of equivalent quality, when available, to those shown. The stopover locations are the most frequent and main stopover destinations on the cycling tours. Under certain circumstances, we must require your consent to be placed in towns in the immediate vicinity without any deductions. The wishes for single rooms can only be fulfilled if the required hotel has enough of them available. Although there are price supplements for single bedrooms, it may be that these rooms are smaller than double bedrooms and don’t have the same furnishing. Every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms. Occasionally, some hotels will only provide double-bedded rooms. These rooms will be allocated to couples.
Cyclands cannot be held liable for cancellation of any sightseeing tour as per program for any reasons beyond our influence (rebuilding, renovation etc.).
Quoted distances (in kilometres) are only optional indications for which Cyclands cannot be held responsible.
We aim to provide full and accurate information about our trips. If there are changes, we will tell you promptly.
If something does go wrong, we will try to put it right. Our overriding aim is to ensure that every client is satisfied with our services. We value your feedback, good or bad. Complaints, if you have any, have to be sent to Cyclands in written form within 28 days after the end of the tour.



Cycling is a sport with certain risks and associated with physical exertion. You should ask for a doctor’s opinion in case of doubt, whether your health allows for the stress of a cycling trip. Each participant must be aware of the risks of cycling that cannot be ruled out even with a careful support by the organizer to. We are not liable for damage caused by disregarding the respective traffic regulations or by not following the instructions of the tour guide. In all cycling tours you participate at your own risk.
The traveller is required, in the event of any issues disrupting the provision of the services as described in the agreement, to take all reasonable steps to contribute to remedying the disruption and to minimize or avoid any damage. The Customer is, in particular, required to lodge his or her complaints without delay. We will do our best in providing a remedy, if such is possible. If the Customer fails, through his or her fault, to communicate a deficiency, than he or she shall have no claim to a complaint.



Any differences, which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, will exclusively be brought before the responsible court in Berlin/Germany. Legal basis is the German law.



Should individual terms of this Agreement be ineffective or lose their effectiveness due to
later circumstances or should a loophole emerge in this Agreement, the legal effectiveness of the other provisions is not affected. The invalid contractual provision shall be replaced or the loophole filled by an appropriate provision which comes as close as possible to what the parties to the Agreement would have wanted, had they considered the point.
Cyclands does not assume any liability for printing or typing errors, or errors in terms of content.
